About
A&F International Student Exchange began operations in 2022. While AFISE is a young company, our leadership team has extensive experience working with the J1 Student Work & Travel (SWT) and H2B programs. Our experience and assistance has helped place participants from around the world. We have worked with participants from Colombia, Ecuador, Turkey, Georgia, Jordan, Poland, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan to name a few.

AFISE understands the importance of growth that comes from a colorful, fun and challenging personal experience. Through respect and collaboration with our partners, we aim to provide this experience for our SWT and H2B participants.
